A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS
When I was younger, my mom always reminded my little brother that 'sharing is caring.' I stand by that life lesson to this day—so I wanted to share a few of my favorite brands, newsletters, and more that I've discovered since moving to New York. The list below is in no particular order.
ClassPass
Anyone who knows me at all knows I'm a huge fan of fitness classes—they've become a bit of an obsession since I joined ClassPass back in 2015. I've always enjoyed staying fit but struggled with going to the gym on my own. Now I have hundreds of different studios at my fingertips, so I never get bored, run out of inspiration, or feel like I've hit a wall. My current routine is a mix of treadmill, boot camps, yoga, spin and pilates, but I've tried fun stuff like aerial yoga and dance too. The system is set up with tiers, so you can estimate how much you'll use the classes to determine which program you should buy.

The Skimm
I've slowly become a newsletter junkie over the past few years. I love being up to date on the world's news and finding new stories that I might not have on my own. I've dedicated my commute to newsletters—each morning, I'm reading the Quartz Daily Brief, NYTimes' New York Today, Mic Daily and Fortune's Broadsheet. Plus, of course, theSkimm. It's the perfect first foray into newsletter world—and will get you up to date on current events if you aren't paying attention. If you are, you might find theSkimm a bit light. But why not give it a shot?

Outdoor Voices
Okay, back to the whole workout junkie thing. I've long mixed my gym wardrobe with staples from the classics: Nike, Adidas, UnderArmour, etc. That all changed when I discovered Outdoor Voices. Founded by a 30 Under 30 (and total badass) Tyler Haney, the brand makes high-quality gear that not only looks great, but has a great mission. The prices are a bit higher than you might first guess, but on par with LuluLemon and for much higher quality materials.

GNI
You know when you find that one voice on the internet that feels like it's reading your mind? That's Girl's Night In for me. Founder Alisha Ramos has created a community of women who value self-care, fascinating reads, and supporting other women. The weekly newsletter always makes my Fridays a bit brighter, and their 'Gram is hygge-spiration central.
